Words of Appreciation from the High Commission of Mozambique

The Institute for Islamic Services (IIS) is deeply honoured to receive words of appreciation from the High Commission of Mozambique, represented by Madam Maria, in recognition of the humanitarian assistance provided during a time of great need.

In the face of a desperate and challenging situation affecting several embassies in Pretoria, including the Mozambican High Commission, thousands of displaced families found themselves in need of urgent support and relief. During this difficult period, IIS was privileged to extend humanitarian assistance in line with its mission of serving humanity with compassion, dignity, and sincerity.

Receiving acknowledgement from the Government of Mozambique is both a humbling honour and a reminder that acts of kindness and service can transcend borders, bringing hope to those facing hardship regardless of nationality or background.

The teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) encourage Muslims to assist those in need, show mercy to the vulnerable, and extend compassion to all people. At IIS, these values remain at the heart of every humanitarian initiative we undertake.

We express our sincere gratitude to Madam Maria and the Government of Mozambique for their kind words of appreciation. Such recognition inspires us to continue our efforts in serving communities with dedication, humility, and a steadfast commitment to Service To Mankind.
