Teaching Children the Importance of Proper Hand Hygiene

Good personal hygiene is one of the most valuable habits we can teach our children from an early age. A simple practice such as washing hands thoroughly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds before every meal or snack can significantly reduce the spread of germs and help protect children from common illnesses.
